Moratorium periods available

After 2 years of the active policy you will have full cover for all preconditions (applies only if medication free and symptom free). This type of policy is very attractive if you have been refused insurance from other providers. If one or more insurers have refused to quote it may be the case that your condition is on a list of non insurable conditions with normal companies. This is were ALC really comes into its own. 

What happens if you are "not" medication or symptom free? It simply means that the pre condition will have no coverage. However, all other conditions will have coverage under a moratorium type policy.
